Mission Statement:

The Office of Multicultural Services and Programs (MSP) will support the University of Georgia’s commitment “to foster the understanding of and respect for cultural differences necessary for an enlightened and educated citizenry.”  MSP will strive toward maintaining a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for the benefit of the university community. 

Vision Statement:

The Office of Multicultural Services and Programs (MSP) will accomplish its mission by:

• Advising multicultural student organizations 
• Providing cultural programming and outreach
• Developing students’ multicultural competencies
• Promoting Global Citizenship
• Honoring past and present agents of change

MSP hopes to encourage and empower students, alumni, faculty and staff to challenge conventional perceptions by advocating for change through a lens of social and cultural consciousness.
